Our Story
Pollinator Path Press™ began with a simple question:
What kinds of stories do children need most right now?
We believe the strongest children’s books don’t rush to teach lessons or shout messages. Instead, they invite curiosity, allow space for imagination, and gently model empathy through character and story.
The Pollinator Path series grew from a love of nature, storytelling, and the small moments that help children understand how they relate to one another — and to the world around them. Each book introduces characters who learn through experience, cooperation, and discovery rather than perfection.
Our goal is to create books that children want to return to, parents enjoy reading aloud, and educators trust to spark thoughtful conversation. Stories that feel warm, grounded, and enduring.
We’re building Pollinator Path Press™ slowly and intentionally — one story at a time — with the belief that meaningful stories, like pollinators, help ideas grow.
About the Founder
Jerry Fleury is a photographer and visual storyteller whose work explores how powerful meaning can emerge from a single image. After years creating in national parks and natural landscapes, he brought that same visual discipline to children’s books—where every page is designed not just to tell a story, but to be experienced, understood, and felt.
Through Pollinator Path Press™, Jerry combines a photographer’s eye with purposeful storytelling—creating books where science is accurate, emotion is earned, and images carry as much meaning as words.
His work helps children discover how the natural world works while building character traits like teamwork, patience, and courage—supporting families, educators, and classrooms looking for stories that connect science with real-life growth.
